Recipe of the Week

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
6 Hamburger buns, split and toasted

Cook and stir gournd beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except buns.

Cover and cook over low heat just until vegetables are tender, 10-15 minutes. Fill buns with beef mixture. Serves 4-6.

Note: I add 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning to mixture. I also serve open-face with grated cheese, chopped green onions and sliced olives.
