Enchilada Sauce



Enchilada Sauce

3 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons flour
1 cup water
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt or less

Combine sauce ingredients. Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes.

I usually double the recipe for an extra saucy 9x13-inch pan of enchiladas.
